Update on why Liberian woman committed suicide in Lagos

I posted a story of a Liberian woman that took her own life in Lagos yesterday (click here if you missed it). She reportedly hanged herself after she found out that she is HIV positive and her friends knew her status dumped her.

It got worst after Ebola virus was imported to Nigeria by a Liberian man Patrick Sawyer, people stopped selling things and associating with her.

One of her friends even gave her money to return to Liberia and meet her husband but she couldn't go because of Ebola outbreak in her country. Kate who got frustrated of the whole the whole situation hanged herself.
