US Rapper Kid Cudi was busy signing autograph for his fan during his show at the North Coast Music Festival in Chicago on Saturday night before he passed out. Security guards hurriedly took him away and few hours later, he tweeted that he was fine. Here is his message...
"Mad love to the security who were there and helped me out. Really awesome dudes! Thanx for nursing me back to health ha ...
