In one of the recent episode on their TV reality show, Kourtney's long-time boyfirend Scott Disick was seen helping his pregnant girlfriend shave off hair from her private part. While assisting, he said:
'Spread them wide, spread them long like you're at the gynaecologist and I'll go in there like a lawnmower,' before Kourtney is shown yelling in pain with her legs propped up in a bathtub as Scott took an electric device to her nether region.
