Singer Simone Battle, who rose to fame on the US version of "X Factor", was found dead in her Los Angeles home after what allegedly appears to be a suicide. The 25-year-old Battle was a singer in the girl group "GRL", which was the reboot of the Pussycat Dolls. Dencia took to Instagram to talk about depression and how you can beat it...
Rip Simone...Depression is real but depression isn't bigger or stronger than anyone, some people just give up because they try to deny it or feel like they have no reason to fight or keep going. If people can beat cancer & other diseases that they say are terminal I can tell you anyone can beat depression.Sometimes we just need that one person to trust & that will be a psychologist,I know sometimes we have issues getting one but you can find help from within, from the internet, you can get help from talking to your pet or talk to a stranger.
I am happy when I went through that phase I was able to accept it & seek immediate help, the way this world is setup it gets harder everyday for a lot of people, you have social media that has a the sad souls that will constantly try to drag you down but you see stronger, you have family members, friends Etc who will be the cause of everything sometimes you just need to drop everything and everyone and concentrate on you.If you not emotional & mentally ok you can't succeed with anything you do.In the black community Denial is what kills,I remember telling my friends & sister what I was going through & they were like no ma'am u have no problems, there's people going through worst bla bla bla and I realized no one can genuinely understand how you feel that's why you have to make it work for you.
We all die at the end of it but don't take your life because you think it's the end,nop it's never the end just because you felt that way.My relationship with God & my psychologist was what really helped me,all I needed was someone to talk to & tell me it was ok to feel the way I feel & it was time to move on and leave the people behind & the pain they remind me of & cause me,someone I could talk to without thinking they will go tell someone, someone I could just talk to & cry my eyes out & they tell me it's ok to cry & it's ok to keep going.Depression isn't stronger than you or anyone.Be safe people & take care of yourselves & cut off anything or anyone that causes you emotional & mental pain.
