Tenants and others who live near this building are concerned about it after the house owner started adding a 3rd floor years after he added two floors to the building.
"This house was built over 30 years ago as a bungalow. About 10years ago, the landlord added 2 floors to the building. To everyone's surprise, he is adding another floor to it. I am writing this because of the rate at which houses have been collapsing. The tenants cannot afford a better housing, so the least the government can do is try and prevent another disaster from happening because of greed. The house is on One Day road, off Agbani road, Enugu."
