Bar in South Korea bans Blacks from entering over Ebola Virus

This Ebola outbreak has helped white racists in some ways to finally avoid associating with blacks. This notice was at JR Pub in Itaewon, South Korea. According to the person who put up this photo on her Facebook, she said the one of her friend who is white pretended she was from South Africa just to know their reaction but they allowed her get inside....So as long as you have a dark skin, you cannot enter..

This is what she wrote:
Korea has very spotty human rights issues so it's hard to say. I've just emailed the NHRC of Korea and spoke with the management of JR's who seems to think it is acceptable...upon allowing my white friend into the bar after saying she was South African and refusing black patrons.
