Miley Cyrus steps out topless but for disco ball pasties

  

The 22 year old actress and singer emerged from her Art Basel concert at the Raleigh Hotel in Miami yesterday Dec. 3rd wearing a silver wig, thong-suspender sling over glittery pantyhose, and matching ballet flats. She was also topless but for the disco ball pasties covering her nipples.
